At Alloy Fabricators of New England, Inc., we provide custom furnace parts that not only replace OEM components, but improve upon them. Our components outperform and outlast standard parts and are made of top quality heat resistant stainless steel and nickel alloys. Custom parts include radiant tubes, muffles, retorts, and baths, among others. Not only can we reverse engineer parts, custom designs can be created based on customers’ specific application. With an in-depth knowledge of materials and the heat treating process, custom designs can solve nagging problems customers previously thought could not be solved within their current manufacturing system.
Fabrication capabilities include plasma cutting and press brake forming as well as resistance and arc welding. Custom fabrications can vary greatly in size, measuring up to 60′ long, 9′ wide, and 12′ long, and weighing up to 3 tons. Liquid penetrant and low pressure air testing are used to verify all welds. Additional testing including X-ray, ultrasonic, and helium leak testing can be contracted through a third party as needed.
